Ved: Recure Build Planner
A socket worksheet for Chapter 1 and Boss Rush.
Open this page next to the in-game Deploy screen. The planner is a worksheet, not a simulator. Ved: Recure already has the real builder; we are here so you do not walk into Amplifier with four Combo stickers and an empty Defence row.
If you do not know what the rows mean, read the buff-chain primer first. If you do not know which card is S-tier, skim the buff tier list and then ignore S whenever a C-tier card fills an empty row.
Blank sheet (copy it)
Run type: Chapter 1 / Boss Rush
Character: Plumy / Chillo / Fei
School package: Fire / Frost / Lightning / Hurt splash
| Socket | Card name | Rank | Why it is here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Combo Finisher | |||
| Dash ATK | |||
| Special ATK | |||
| Extra ATK | |||
| Defence | |||
| Hurt | |||
| Passive overflow |
Tokens: gold _____ / black _____
Refresh used: _____ × 300
Give Ups: _____ × 150
Negate / Hurt note (June rules): _____
Fill Defence before room 4. Fill Hurt before the first named boss. If a cell is blank at Amplifier, you are not “going for a greedy high roll”; you are unprepared.
Three starter templates
Plumy — Fire lane
- Combo Finisher: fire / explosion sticker
- Dash ATK: anything that keeps a lane (lightning dash is a bonus)
- Special / Extra: Dance! Dance! Dance! if it sockets as Passive on a normal-attack path
- Defence: first legal defensive card, even rank I
- Hurt: one
- Package rule: if Sacrificial Explosion Sequence appears, take it only after you already have a Fire kill condition. Doubling is the point.
Chillo — clash lane
- Combo Finisher: your visible slash spend
- Dash ATK: gap-close, not escape-only
- Defence: non-negotiable
- Hurt: non-negotiable (you will get clipped)
- Splash: Land of Snow if you can land five basics during a stagger
- Package rule: do not empty Defence to hold a rank IV Dance. Chillo lives in Amplifier’s arms.
Fei — post-unlock rush
Unlock her first (Fei guide). Then:
- Dash ATK is the identity row
- Combo Finisher second
- Hurt third (melee eats hits)
- Frost freeze is strong if basics actually happen between dashes
- Do not paste a Plumy gun template onto her and then rank her C in your head
Chapter 1 budget versus Rush sandbox
Chapter 1 charges Refresh −300 and pays Give Up +150. You cannot brute-force a nine-school fantasy. Pick one package from the buff tier list (Fire echo, Frost windows, Lightning plants) and splash a second after room 5.
Boss Rush lets you choose buffs freely. That is where you test greedy three-school boards and Whirlord openers. Keep a separate sheet labeled Rush so you do not copy a 0-token fantasy into a Chapter 1 file and then go broke. Restart exists after the 8 June 2026 patch; use it instead of editing the sheet mid-panic. Routing context: demo walkthrough.
Decision tree when three cards appear
- Does any card fill an empty Defence or Hurt cell? Take it.
- Does any card complete a printed synergy (Fire kill for martyr doubling, fifth Frost stack)? Take it.
- Does any card match the verb you actually press (Plumy normals, Fei dashes)? Take it.
- Otherwise Give Up unless you are rich. Refresh is for when all three cards are off-theme and you still have empty identity rows.
Land of Snow is S-tier and still a trap if you never press basic attack. Lightning Mousetrap is A-tier and still a trap if you never look at the floor. The sheet’s “Why it is here” column exists to catch that hypocrisy.
After 21 Sep 2026
When Kiki, Daria, Frostelle, and Zane exist as modules, duplicate the sheet per character. Frostelle may make the Frost package a default instead of a splash — or she may not. Do not pre-fill her rows. Watch the character roster and patch notes.
Equipment hidden traits can rewrite a row. If a headphone tile says it boosts Fire, write that in the Combo Finisher “why” cell. If it does not say anything you can read, ignore it.
Print this page, or copy the table into a notes app. The Deploy button in-game is still the real planner; this is the pre-decision. For PC doubts, leave the worksheet and open system requirements. For boss-specific row emphasis, open the boss guide and steal the Amplifier versus CD-mecha split (Defence versus Hurt).
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Can I save a build on this website?
No. Copy the table. The official builder is the in-game Deploy screen.
Why isn't there a DPS formula?
Buffs are trigger objects. 2685 on a trap is not the same as 2685 on a Combo Finisher. See the buff-chain primer.
Should Chapter 1 and Boss Rush share a sheet?
No. Rush has free picks. Chapter 1 has a 300-token Refresh tax. Keep two columns.
