Ved: Recure Tier List Hub

Tier lists for an unreleased action roguelite are a trap if they pretend to be final. Ved: Recure still has a Steam date of 21 Sep 2026, a seven-character roster with only three demo tiles, and 150+ buffs of which the demo shows 35. This hub exists so the character ranking and the buff ranking can live in one nav dropdown without pretending we have launch-week telemetry.

Use the ranks as draft advice for Chapter 1, then throw them out when SummerClip ships the other four fighters and the remaining schools. For how sockets work, stay on the buff-chain primer. For who the seven even are, stay on the character roster.

What we are willing to rank

• Demo starters Plumy and Chillo, because you can select them on a fresh file.
• Unlockable Fei, because we have a canyon combat still and a documented clear-gate.
• Named demo cards: Sacrificial Explosion Sequence, Dance! Dance! Dance!, Land of Snow, Lightning Mousetrap.
• Socket rows: Combo Finisher, Dash ATK, Special ATK, Extra ATK, Defence, Hurt.

What we will not rank yet

• Kiki, Daria, Frostelle, Zane as if they had public kits.
• The unnamed remainder of the 16-boss list.
• Hidden equipment traits we cannot read in a screenshot.
• A “best Negate card” until the June trigger change is visible in a client we can quote.

If a video thumbnail says “S-tier Zane” before 21 Sep 2026, it is fiction. Link the creator to the voice-cast page and move on.

How to read the grades

We use S / A / B / C plus an Unproven band.

• S — does something unique in the demo that other options do not (freeze lock, martyr doubling, gun spacing).
• A — reliable in Chapter 1 if socketed correctly.
• B — situational; needs a partner card.
• C — looks flashy, fights the draft economy (Refresh −300) or the 8-second Frost lockout.
• Unproven — named, voiced, or promised, but not playable in the public demo shots.

Grades assume single-player, default-or-lower difficulty, and a player who has read combat. They are not Boss Rush world-record grades. Rush gives free picks; Chapter 1 does not.

Two lists, two jobs

The character tier list answers “who do I click on a fresh demo file?” That is a three-row question plus four Unproven names. The buff tier list answers “which card do I take when Fire, Frost, and Lightning show up together?” That is the more useful list, because cards are the run.

Both lists will move when:

• The 21 Sep 2026 client adds the other four modules.
• Equipment hidden traits get a datamine or an official glossary.
• Negate / Hurt text is screenshot-complete.
• Price drops (still unlisted on Steam at the time of writing) and a wider audience starts posting chains.

Until then, pair any rank with a socket. An S-tier Land of Snow in Extra ATK is a C-tier mistake. The build planner exists so you do not do that.
