White-haired slasher, demo starter, Ikumi Hasegawa.

Chillo Build

Chillo (赤悠) is the white-haired close fighter in the school-style outfit and the character Steam put in front of Amplifier. If Plumy is the spacing starter, Chillo is the clash starter. She is selectable on a fresh demo file. Fei is not.

Japanese voice: Ikumi Hasegawa (長谷川育美), announced 2 September 2026 with the rest of the seven. Credits: voice cast. Full game dated 21 Sep 2026. This page only claims what stills and news posts show.

What the stills prove

  • Amplifier fight: grassy lot, trees, distant buildings, orange wide slash, HP 2000/2000, Stage 4/8, red nameplate with blue pips underneath.
  • Exploration still: laundry-yard Recure lot, crossed steel beams, parking sign, fire accessory on her back, civilian off to the side.
  • She is listed next to Plumy and locked Fei on the demo character rail.

The Amplifier shot is why she is the recommended boss-practice pick in getting started. The game wants clash, not a ten-minute kite. Learn dodge and block on a body that size before you decide the combat loop is unfair.

How to socket her

Empty Defence is how Amplifier’s arm feels cheap. Empty Hurt is how you waste the identity of the builder while standing in claw range.

  • Combo Finisher: your visible slash spend. Fire stickers are fine if you already have a kill condition; they are not the first pickup.
  • Dash ATK: gap-close, not escape-only. You need to return to the mecha, not kite the field like Plumy.
  • Defence: non-negotiable. Rank I is legal.
  • Hurt: non-negotiable. You will get clipped. June 2026 retuned Hurt / Negate — reread patch notes if a card went dead.
  • Splash: Land of Snow if you can land five basics during a stagger. Frost lockout is 8 seconds; plan a second verb.

Do not empty Defence to hold a rank-IV Dance. Chillo lives in Amplifier’s arms. Worksheet: build planner. Card ranks: buff tier list.

Camera: follow cam plus melee plus a 34-rem orb of particles is how people get sick. Fixed camera, V-Sync, shake at 0. Those settings exist because of fights this size. The difficulty and camera page lists the June options.

Matchups

Amplifier. This is her screenshot. Block or dodge the readable wind-up, spend Combo Finisher on recovery, watch the blue pips. Open field still lets you dash — just come back.

CD-launcher mecha. Night, hanging discs, shoulder drums. Hurt-heavy melee may eat projectiles you did not see. Plumy’s range is the safer first try; Chillo is the better learning try if you already have Defence filled. Drop shake.

Rockwheel / Whirlord (Rush). Named, not described. Infer lightly: do not backpedal in a straight line on a “wheel”; i-frame a “whirl.” Free buff picks. Restart after 8 June 2026.

Early tier placement

Character tier list: S for bosses. Slightly worse than Plumy as a first ever action-game character because the camera is busier. Once settings are set, she teaches Ved: Recure faster, because the store copy is block, dodge, strike.

Fei is the other melee after a clear — bigger blue slashes, canyon clip, Dash ATK identity. If you main melee, unlock her (Fei) and compare notes against Chillo, not against Plumy’s gun.

What we will not invent

No parry-frame table. No secret costume. No “Chillo is secretly the protagonist” theory. She is one of seven people inside the Recure facility; you are the adult who bought the 1000th game. Story wrapper: story and Chapter 1. Gear tiles: equipment. When launch adds more of her module, this page will quote it instead of guessing.
